Samsung recently launched its Galaxy s22 series, which came with camera features that are giving the likes of the iPhones and Google Pixel phones a run for their money. The new camera features came along with Samsung’s software on top of Android called One UI 4.1.
According to Sammobile, a Samsung Community moderator in charge of detailing camera changes and updates has revealed the list of Galaxy S22 camera features that will be coming to older devices with the One UI 4.1 update. Better yet, the moderator expects One UI 4.1 to start rolling out today, but the mod also reminds everyone that there’s always the chance of a delay.

EXpert RAW comes to more devices
The recently launched Expert RAW was released for the Galaxy S21 Ultra last year, and Samsung made a promise that this new professional camera app will be made available to a handful of other Galaxy devices this year.
The Galaxy S22 debuted with Expert RAW out of the box. Now, Samsung has reconfirmed that it will bring the app to the Galaxy S20 Ultra, Galaxy Z Fold 2, and Galaxy Z Fold 3. Samsung didn’t reveal an exact launch date, but the company is now aiming to release the app for these devices within the first half of 2022. We’ll keep you posted.
As for One UI 4.1, the update will hopefully start rolling out today, and likewise, we’ll keep you up to speed as soon as we find out more. Keep in mind that the rollout may be limited to South Korea at first, with other regions joining after.
