Last week, Airtel Uganda opened a new premium customer care center in Soroti town in a function that was presided over by the Mayor of Soroti, His Lordship Aruo Alfred was attended by the Airtel Uganda Supply Chain Director, Mr. Patrice Namisano, Airtel Uganda staff members and representatives from the Soroti business community. Mr Namisano said
“This store sets the tone for what a retail telecommunications environment should be in the 21st century, Our brand is growing and investing in communities; that’s exactly the approach we have taken in opening this premium shop in Soroti. It reflects Airtel’s core values of engaging with our consumers and bringing our services closer to them.”
As part of its efforts to enhance customer experience, Airtel Uganda has continued to launch premium shops and customer care centers countrywide with more openings to follow in the months to come.
The Airtel shops offer a bouquet of services and will see customers enjoy fast and convenient customer service with all their needs taken care of as quickly as possible in a welcoming and customer-friendly environment.
Speaking at the shop opening, Guest of honor and Soroti City mayor, His Lordship Aruo Afred applauded Airtel for the manner in which the company is continually working to expand its boundaries through excellent customer service delivery and infuse innovative thinking.The further said that;
“I hope that other companies will look at Airtel’s commitment to service delivery as a working model for how valued and loyal customers are recognized and prioritized.”
