Airtel Uganda, one of Uganda’s biggest telecoms is expanding it’s customer shops in a bid to enhance customer experience by continuing to launch more premium shops and customer care centers nationwide. Yesterday, the company opened its new retail shop in Mityana Town west of Uganda.
The new Airtel shop will offer a bouquet of services and will see customers in Mityana area enjoy fast and convenient customer service with all their needs taken care of as quickly as possible in a welcoming and customer-friendly environment.
Speaking on behalf of the Airtel Uganda Managing Director, Mr. Nuhu Kanyiike, the Airtel Money Director, said that extending the Airtel network services signals a real stake in the ground for leadership in the telecommunications industry.
