The company offers a wide range of Roke internet packages, streamlined in three major brackets of Roke at Home – for basic home and business use, Roke at Work – for large enterprise use, and Roke on-the-go for those that want access everywhere they go.

Roke at Home
Roke at Home is an internet plan designed to fit in the convenience of your home. It is basic and is categorized into 3 products: Roke Classic Plus, Roke Unlimited Plus, and Roke Fiber to the Home.
Roke Classic Plus internet package is a day and night offer that is tagged ‘just right for you’. It comes with 40GB at UGX 100,000 usable on weekdays from 7am to 7pm, while offering free surfing from 7pm to 7am on weekdays and on weekends. Note that the bundle is not unlimited and once the data is depleted you will have to resubscribe to have access to the internet again.
Roke Unlimited Plus is the perfect choice if you have a small business owners that you want to endow with internet. It is an unlimited bundle, that comes with 100GB for UGX 250,000 usable like the Classic Plus bundle. The all-round bandwidth is 5mbps before bundle exhaustion after which speeds change to 1 Mbps until the expiry date of the bundle.
Roke Fiber to the Home is precisely an internet connection to your home using fiber optic lines. Roke Telkom is offering the Fiber to the Home service starting from the Bugolobi area, and interested users can only be billed after calculating the distance to be covered.
Roke at Work
Roke at work is for business entities that want to incorporate a fast and affordable internet plan to run errands. It is as well categorized into Roke Mega Plus and Roke Enterprise.
Roke Mega Plus comes with an unlimited 300GB for only UGX 650,000 usable on weekdays from 7am to 7pm, while offering free surfing from 7pm to 7am on weekdays and on weekends. The all-round bandwidth is 5mbps before bundle exhaustion after which speeds change to 1 Mbps until the expiry date of the bundle.
Roke Enterprise is an open data plan design for organizations that need a fast yet completely unlimited Internet connectivity. This package is served over Roke’s fiber network and is delivered over a wireless or fiber connection, depending on your location.
Roke on-the-go
Roke on the go is the company’s most popular plan, given its affordability and the convenience it comes with. It is categorized into RokeSpot and RokeSpot Plus which lets you access WiFi service over 200 spots located in malls, hostels, restaurants and public places.
With RokeSpot, you can pay UGX 1,000 for a daily access, UGX 5,000 for weekly access, or UGX 18,000 for monthly access – all without OTT. If you want the OTT tax covered for you, you can pay UGX 1,200 for a daily access, UGX 6,400 for weekly access, or UGX 24,000 for monthly access.
RokeSpot Plus lets you access the Wifi with a bonus of access to YouTube and paid OTT tax. At UGX 3,000 a day, UGX 15,000 a week, or UGX 55,000 a month, you can make downloads, uploads, do research, video streaming and a lot much more.
Payment
You can pay for any of the services by using either PayWay, MTN Mobile Money, Airtel Money, Selcom or New Pay. You should note that any of the payments made are exclusive of an installation fee of UGX 500,000 that applies to the wireless connection for Roke at home and Roke at work packages.
