What happens when we approach a stage where the wavelength of energy reaches the dimensions of a biological structure? Paul Ben-Shai PhD a professor of Physics at Hebrew University, Jerusalem discussed this back in February of 2017 and analyzed the reaction of human skin to energy waves in question. In their experiment, they measured the hands of people as they sat calmly then made them run around the campus to increase their stress levels so that they would perspire a lot dried their hands and they measure their hands again. What they found is that the sweat gland could absorb electromagnetic energy between 75-110 GHz frequency and by making the sweat gland work more the absorption could also change.
Dariusz Leszynski MSc, DSc, PhD Chief Editor of Radiation and Health had this to say “We don’t have the slightest idea how human skin responds to radio frequency electromagnetic fields (RF EMF). For GSM we had only one study, but 5G technology spectrum — energy will be deposited solely in the skin. Meaning that the human skin will take on all absorption and other organs will not be affected.” Apparently they don’t really know human skin is going to react to RF EMF, at 5G energy will be deposited directly into the skin, sweat ducts are a strong absorber of 5G radiation as Dr Leszynski points out. Its seems we are going into a new technology without knowing its health effects and most countries just implement they technologies as long as they come with some kind of International body certification. Its evident that there has not been any strong conclusive studies on the effects of 4G or 5G radiation. Studies have been underway to ascertain if exposure to these radiations increases risks to skin diseases such as melanoma and or epithlioma in the long term.
Like it or not, we are all going to be exposed to 5G radiation very soon and it would be nice to know if it poses a legitimate danger to the populous. In 2011, the International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC) classified RF EMF as possibly carcinogenic to humans begins– again the studies on exposure aren’t in yet but they did say

“Given the potential consequences for public health of this classification and findings,” IARC Director Christopher Wild,”it is important that additional research be conducted into long-term, heavy use of mobile phones. Pending the availability of such information, its is important to take pragmatic measures to reduce exposure such as hands-free devices or texting. ”
Several studies carried out on animals exposed to high levels of radiation all point to some level of health risk. The conclusion of these studies is the same, provide governments a wake up call on setting up protective policies to limit the public to exposures to the public and to the private sector to make safe radiation -free technology available. However it’s important to understand that the radiation emitted from cellphones including 5G devices is non ionizing, which means that it can merely increase the temperature of human tissue from long term exposure. The dangers from moderate use should me minimum though no one can say for sure. We make use of devices that emit low level non ionizing radiation all the time.
A typical microwave oven in your home emits about 1,000 Watts and most cellphones operate between 3-6 watts. I’d actually be more concerned about the life time exposure of eating microwaved meals out of plastic containers than using a mobile phone (yes this includes even the dumb phones). Laptops, tablets and televisions also emit non ionizing radiation and there is no hard credible evidence of long term negative health effects from these devices.
Sources of dangerous non ionizing radiation would include the likes of medical x-rays , nuclear power stations and obviously nuclear weapons. We don’t need to dismiss people’s concerns regarding cellphones
