    Equity Bank Uganda launches an Eazzy Banking App: A bank at your Finger Tips

    Equity Bank Uganda has today launched a new Eazzy Banking App at Serena Hotel Kampala. The Eazzy Banking app is your ‘bank anywhere, anytime’. Everything that you can do at a banking hall is now available on the app and it will available for both Android and iOS users. From sending money and paying for goods and services to accessing loans and paying bills to checking the status of your account and saving for your future goals. It is all in your hands.

    “Eazzy Banking aims to bring more people into the formal financial system without having them visit a bank branch. Equity Bank Uganda now has 32 Branches to ease reach and access of banking services. The launch of Eazzy Banking was led by the changing trends of Ugandans who would like more convenience and freedom” Samuel Kirubi MD of Equity Bank said.

    The Eazzy Banking App allows you to buy airtime, pay for bills, transfer money… Right on your phone! One can withdraw cash from the 35 ATMs available. EazzyPay gives customers the ability to pay for bills, goods and services in real time.

    “Eazzy remittance means reduced paper work… One click or tap will send funds to different payee. With EazzyRemittance, the recipient receives a notification when money hits the account. EazzyBiz is Corporates and SMEs dedicated online banking solution through integration of the bank and company systems”, said Anthony Kituuka Executive Director Equity Bank.

    With diaspora Banking, it  allows you to work globally and bank locally. And for 3rd party partners out there the EazzyAPI will allow integrating a 3rd party system to the Bank’s system facilitating actions like online payments  he added.
